Instructions for requesting a pledge card:

If you are interested in using a digital pledge card for your GOTV, Early Voting, or Absentee Ballot Education work, please submit a ticket in freshdesk with the following information:

  • Your organization's name
  • Your organization's logo
  • Your organization's website URL
  • Decide on the text and images for your pledge card:
    • If you want to have your own text and images in the pledge card, please create a document in word or google docs, and attach it to your request. Include the images and texts you'd like to see in the body of your pledge card
  • ActionNetwork details:
    • If you already have an actionnetwork account, please let us know - we will ask you to make your actionnetwork account a "child" account of NYCET's, so that we can provide this service to you easily
    • If you do not have an existing actionnetwork account, please send us the email of at least one person at your organization that will need access to the actionnetwork backend
  • Website embed options:
    • if you'd like assistance in embedding the pledge card into your website, please also make a note of this in your ticket and also include the website building platform you use (ex. Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress)
